At the age of 13, Lin received a christmas present -- a plastic toy camera "that takes REAL picture (sic)"(as the box said). His journey to the world of photography thus began. That was 20 years ago. After graduating from Sixth Form, Lin goes to Boston to be trained professionally in photography. Today, Lin is running his own photography business -- a commercial studio located in KL working on advertising, editorial & fine art assignments. He had participated in several exhibitions: 1997 "Photography as Art" -- Group show, National Art Gallery. 1998 currently working on "The Malaysian", a photography project organised by National Art Gallery, Exhibition to be held in October 1998. 1998/99 personal exhibition on black+white photography.
